The Rotary Club of Edina will welcome Caryn Sullivan as the program speaker at the Thursday, Oct. 6 meeting. Sullivan is an award-winning author and columnist and an inspirational speaker. Her presentation is titled, "Living in the Moment, Preparing for the Inevitable." Her columns can be read in the St. Paul Pioneer Press.

Caryn Sullivan will be the program speaker at the Thursday, Oct. 6, Rotary Club of Edina meeting. She will speak about "Living in the Moment, Preparing for the Inevitable." 
 
Sullivan is an inspirational speaker, award-winning columnist and author of Bitter or Better: Grappling With Life on the Op-Ed Page, winner of a 2015 Midwest Book award. A recovering attorney, she weaves her intellectual curiosity and her empathetic heart into her writing and speaking. A cancer survivor, widow and mother of both a bone marrow transplant survivor and her donor, Caryn’s passion is helping others to find the “better” in and out of life’s experiences. Her columns can be read in the St. Paul Pioneer Press.

The Rotary Club of Edina meets at 12:15 p.m. Thursdays at the Edina Country Club. Cost for lunch and the program is $20 for adults and $12 for children. All are welcome. We accept cash, check and credit card payments. (A service fee will be added to lunches paid by credit card.)
