Authors Chris Omodt and Patrick Matter will be program speakers at the Thursday, Feb. 22, Rotary Club of Edina meeting. Omodt is a retired captain with the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office and also spent 11 years with the Edina Police Department. Matter is the founder and former president of the Minnesota Chapter of Hells Angels. They are authors of the book, "Breaking the Code."
