Edina Rotary Foundation annual Fundraiser & Gala is Sept. 26

We are rolling out the red carpet to celebrate the great work our Rotary Club does locally and internationally! The theme of this year's Edina Rotary Foundation Fundraiser & Gala is “Lights! Camera! Rotary in Action!” Fundraiser co-chairs for 2015 are John Flynn and Jody Kern. The Gala will be Saturday, Sept. 26, at the Metropolitan Ballroom and Clubroom in Golden Valley.

 

The reception and Silent Auction will begin at 6 p.m. Dinner, raffle and Live Auction will be at 7:45. There will be comedy by Ben San Del and Tommy Ryman, and Rotarian Jon Barnett will once again be our auctioneer.

 

Don't miss out attending the premiere event for the Rotary Club of Edina. This is the one fundraiser the club holds each year. Proceeds from the Fundraiser benefit programs and activities in Edina, surrounding communities and across the world. Some of the organizations that receive grant money from the Edina Rotary Foundation are Camp Enterprise, Camp RYLA, families in need during the holidays, Edina High School STRIVE program, Edina High school student scholarships, Erik's Ranch and Retreat, Jeremiah Program, Feed My Starving Children, PolioPlus, VEAP, Rotary Youth Exchange, a water filtration system in Santiago, Cuba, and many more!
