Thank you for your notes, calls, prayers and flowers during my recent hospitalization for a heart attack and stent surgery. I have to admit that I would much rather belong to the best Club in the Universe vs. being a member of the stent club! Thanks again for your kindness and support. It is all much appreciated!

I would like to thank the Edina Rotary Club and my fellow Rotarians for the cards, memorials and many kinds words following my mother's passing. The support and compassion shown to me was truly appreciated. The memorials are being donated to The Rotary Foundation in honor of my mother.

I’m writing to express my great thanks and appreciation for the recent donation of $1,500 from the Edina Rotary Foundation to the Edina Community Foundation Edina Challenge program. Generous grants like this are very important in helping  the Edina Community Foundation achieve its mission: Bringing people together to serve, strengthen and celebrate the Edina community.

More specifically, your grant will be used to support our leadership and participation in Edina Challenge programs aimed at better meeting the needs of the approximately 650 financially challenged youth in our community who qualify for free and reduced price meals. This includes our long-standing scholarship program for Parks & Recreation activities and our new Connect Card program.

This unique initiative helps qualifying families easily access available scholarship funds from a variety of Edina programs. This new way to help engage at-risk youth in community life is a great example of how ECF continues to find creative ways to build a better Edina, thanks to the generous support of donors like you.

Thank you all!

It is my privilege to thank you for your recent donation, given in memory of Grace Ryman.

There are thousands of people throughout our community who come to The Salvation Army for a hand up when they fall upon hard times. By this generous gift, you have allowed us to continue to provide hope and dignity to those in need. We are grateful that you chose us as the means to express this heartfelt gift, and thank you on behalf of those we serve—those you have so graciously reached out to help.

"The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it." (John 1:5)
