Volunteers will asse mble with the other parade entrants around 9 a.m. July 4 on Normandale Bo ulevard behind the Community Center. The parade begins at 10 a.m. and wil l go for approximately two hours. Not only will our volunteers be distribu ting Rotary goodwill\, but also pencils and suckers to the kids along the road. Two lucky volunteers have the honor of carrying the Rotary banner.
