All proceeds go towards Rotary’s End Po lio Now campaign\, which began in 1985 and has raised more than $1.3 billi on towards the elimination of this deadly and crippling childhood disease. As of 1985\, polio affected 350\,000 people in 125 countries. In 2015\, p olio had been 99 percent eliminated\, with less than 100 cases in only two countries.
