The Edina Morningside Rotary and Edina Rotary Club Youth Exchange Committee needs YOUR help! We have an an urgent need for a first host family for Rosario, our student from Chile. She arrives on Saturday. Aug. 17 and we need a home for her until Sept. 11.

We are looking for host families for the 2019 - 2020 school year. We will welcome one student (a girl, 16) from Chile and one student (a boy, 17) from India.
Program Details:
* Each student has three host families during the year.
* Each host family has the student live with them for approximately 3 months. * The students speak English and come with their own health insurance and spending money.
* The Edina Rotary Clubs provide each student with a phone and monthly allowance to be used for clothing, extra curricular activities and other personal expenses.
* The Rotary Club also assigns a club counselor to each student and provides incredible support to the host families and the exchange student.
What Host Families need to do:
* Host families provide a bed, a place for the student to study and a welcoming home environment.
The students bring their curiosity, appreciation and desire to learn about the American culture. Both the host family and the student make memories and friendships that last a lifetime.
