Cornerstone Make-A-Meal a success Jan. 9!

Rotarians presented a meal for the women and children at Cornerstone Jan. 9! It was our club's second Make-A-Meal Community Service Project at Cornerstone. The volunteers set up and served prepared food from Jerry's Foods in Edina, and cleaned up after. They also helped the Cornerstone staff take down holiday decorations. Volunteering were Kelley Burnett, Tim and Nancy Fargo, Mike Kallas, Bonnie Rolstad, Mark Stageberg, Fred Sylvester and Sam Thompson.

Many thanks to Bonnie Rolstad and Nate Wenner for organizing this service project!

Youth Exchange student has Zamboni fun

Rotary Youth Exchange student Paco Tebar-Gomez got an up close look at a Zamboni when he had lunch with Edina Morningside Rotarian Tom Gump and our own John Flynn in Excelsior last weekend. If you have an upcoming event that one of our exchange students might enjoy, don’t forget to reach out and see if they have time to join you.
