Born and raised in Cork City, Ireland, Brian Nation is crossed the pond to join O’Shaughnessy Distilling Company as Master Distiller to spearhead the journey of developing world-class whiskeys by implementing the best of Irish and American whiskey making traditions.This event is our regular Edina Rotary Club Thursday meeting and available to current active and senior active member.

Gala Event Ticket Sales on Pause
Great news! Our gala ticket sales were such a success we may have reached our venue seating capacity. Don't despair, our gala committee is working tirelessly to finalize the seating arrangements and looking for a few more chairs to seat those who are willing hanging out on a waiting list. If you delayed your RSVP or have friends who would like to attend with you we may be able to accommodate them. The deadline for sponsor guest lists is September 16 and we'll know if seats are available on September 17. The “Purple Auction,” an online auction featuring signed rock ‘n’ roll memorabilia benefitting the Edina Rotary Foundation, opens 8 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 14.
 
Auction items include memorabilia autographed by Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Daryl Hall, Fleetwood Mac, Peter Frampton and Steve Miller. Other signed items are from Prince’s New Power Generation, Barry Manilow, Carrie Underwood, Cory Wong, Sheila E and others, curated by Rotary Club of Edina President and rock ‘n’ roll star St. Paul Peterson. Other items include gift certificates and event tickets.
 
To bid, visit PurpleAuction2024.com and set up a bidder account. If someone outbids you, you’ll receive notifications via email and text with a direct link to counter bid, if desired. The auction will close 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, during the “Purple Gala” fundraiser at Paisley Park, 7801 Audubon Road, Chanhassen.

Sept 2024 Event - Thursday,  Sept 19, 5:30-7pm.  In partnership with Tomme Beevas and Pimento Relief Services, Black Business Networking will encourage us to continue to expand the efforts of our club's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. This weeks speaker is Kenya McKnight-Ahad, Founder and CEO of Black Women Wealth Alliance. President Paul's 60th Birthday Bash - Dakota
Our very own Rotary Club of Edina President, St. Paul Peterson, is playing at the Dakota on Friday, October 18th at 7:00 PM to celebrate his 60th birthday. 
 
While reserve seating tickets are no longer availalbe. General Admission tickets are $60. Paul will be donating a portion of the proceeds to The Rotary Foundation. Call the Dakota at 612.332.5299 to purchase your tickets.
