Rotary Transition Meeting Was June 25
The final meeting of the Rotary year was Thursday, June 25. This was the transition meeting, where the presidency of the Rotary Club of Edina will transfer from Josh Sprague to Sam Thompson. Outgoing club and foundation board members will be honored for their service, and incoming board members will be welcomed. Congratulate Josh on a successful and extraordinary Rotary year and wish Sam an "ordinary" year filled with many doors of opportunity.
 
The first meeting of the new Rotary year and the first in-person meeting at the Edina Country Club will be July 9.

In Person and ZOOM Meetings Info
Edina Country Club is open and allowing us to meet in person. REGISTRATION and MASKS ARE REQUIRED. Please register HERE if you plan on attending in-person and will be having lunch with us. Doors open at 12:15 p.m.  Register HERE is you would like to attend via ZOOM beginning at 12:30 p.m.
 
As we plan to meet live during these very unpredictable times, we need to adhere to guidelines established by the Edina Country Club, the city of Edina and our Governor. Your safety is our number one priority and we understand that not everyone will feel comfortable attending our in-person meetings. With this in mind, we will continue to offer the virtual meetings via Zoom for our July/August meetings and extend them for a longer period of time if needed. The Edina Rotary Club is involved in many exciting endeavors here, near, and far. The Ending Human Trafficking Club was certified by Rotary International President Mark Maloney. Our club is participating in the Rotary Club of Minnesota Veterans Flag Sale. Support the club by purchasing flags, $5 for individual flags, and reduced prices for buying more. In addition to decorating with flags, get some Rotary swag for yourself. Jennifer Hendrickson announced the sale of Rotary shirts for $28 and $13. Do good AND look good!

Currently our club is requiring meeting reservations due to COVID-19 pandemic. Please register HERE if you plan on attending in-person and joining us for lunch. The July 23 meeting is scheduled to be held at ECC with doors opening at 12:15 p.m. ZOOM meetings also available by registering HERE. This virtual meeting begins at 12:30 p.m. 

Menu choices will be Beef Stroganoff or Southwest Chicken Salad.
