Sixteen years and several misdiagnoses later, in 2015, Lisa Najarian was diagnosed with Lyme disease. Over the course of those years, she suffered greatly with symptoms that were a complete mystery to her. Lisa, a California native, has lived her adult life in the top three most prevalent Lyme infested regions in the nation. She believes she was bitten while living in Illinois, however, does not remember seeing a target rash. After 14 years in Illinois, she moved with her husband and two children to Connecticut, the mecca for Lyme disease. There, she became aware of Lyme, and strongly suspected a correlation between her multiple symptoms and the tick-borne disease. Her move to Minnesota in 2014 brought hope and a positive diagnosis.
Lisa received a BA in education at California State University, Chico and earned her Masters Degree in Education from National University. Sheand her husband, Pete, and children reside in the Twin Cities area.

Back to the hybrid version of your choice to attend club meeting via IN-PERSON or ZOOM platforms. The continued excellent editing talents of C-Vision Productions (Chris Laskowski) is allowing us to make better use of the taped and edited meetings posted weekly to You Tube and use them as our new "In Review" format. This will eliminate the duty of "The Barker" note taker/writer and we will, for the time being, no longer publish written reviews. In-person meeting photos will resume. Keep in mind watching the You Tube video counts as a make-up. Let Becci know what meeting dates you watched and she will mark you as attended.
We will post the link to the last meeting video taped (see above) and photos from the meeting.
Thursday, August 5, 2021 there will be the hybrid version with in-person meeting at the Edina Country Club with doors open at Noon and ZOOM meeting beginning at 12:30 a.m.. Please see our club web page and watch your email for meeting updates.
