Amy Dahl was appointed vice president, international in March 2023 and continues to serve as general counsel and corporate secretary until a successor is named, positions she has held since January 2020. Dahl joined The Toro Company in 2007 as corporate counsel and served in various legal roles of increasing responsibility, including as assistant general counsel and assistant secretary. She provided legal counsel primarily in the areas of securities law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law, and had oversight responsibility for the Company’s product integrity team.

We need six volunteers for the May 17, 2023 bag pack event. This will be our last VEAP packing event for the Rotary year. Please sign up for the next event to be held Wednesday, May 17 to help Volunteers Enlisted to Assist People (VEAP) pack food bags for local school children who go hungry over the weekends during the school year. Volunteers from the Rotary Club of Edina are needed for afternoon shifts at VEAP, 9600 Aldrich Ave., Bloomington, every other month July 2022 through June 2023. The foundation of the Rotary Club of Edina recently awarded a grant of $3,000 to Breanna’s Gift.
Breanna’s Gift is an arts program that brings the joy of dance, visual arts, music and performing arts to children facing cancer and other serious illnesses. In-person classes are offered at Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare in St. Paul and Children’s Minnesota in Minneapolis. Art Takeout is used at many children’s hospitals and healthcare facilities, including Mayo Eugenio Litta Children’s Hospital in Rochester and Crescent Cove children’s hospice in Brooklyn Park.

Assistance League of Minneapolis/St. Paul is an all-volunteer community nonprofit organization whose member volunteers feed and clothe children, enhance and enrich education and support and serve the Twin Cities area. Assistance League’s primary focus is to move low-income Twin Cities students forwarded by helping to meet basic needs.
