The Election No One Wanted But We Got Anyhow. Explaining the 2024 Elections.

David Schultz is distinguished University Professor and Winston Folkers Endowed Distinguished Faculty Chair at Hamline University and a Professor of Law at the University of St. Thomas. He is also a professor at the Lithuanian Military Academy in Vilnius, Lithuania. A four-time Fulbright scholar, Professor Schultz is the author of more than 45 books and 200+ articles, including his most recent Generational Politics in the United States.

Logan Christensen Joins ECC as Executive Chef

Edina CC is elated to introduce Logan Christensen, who joined as ECC’s Executive Chef. Chef Christensen is an incredible talent working most recently as the Chef de Cuisine at the esteemed St. Louis Country Club where he has worked for the past five years. Previously he worked at Bellerive Country Club in St. Louis, MO and was the Executive Chef at North Brook Country Club in Luxemburg, WI. Chef Christensen will introduce himself and give us his vision of the future Edina Country Club fine dining experience.
