Sally Smith will be the program speaker for the Thursday, May 28, Rotary Club of Edina meeting. Smith is CEO and president of Buffalo Wild Wings, a restaurant chain which has its headquarters in Minneapolis. She will speak about the incredible success of the company.
 
Smith has served as BWW chief executive officer and president since July 1996, as a director since August 1996, and as the company's chief financial officer from 1994 to 1996. Prior to joining the company, she was the CFO of Dahlberg, Inc., the manufacturer and franchisor of Miracle-Ear hearing aids, from 1983 to 1994. Smith began her career with KPMG LLP, an international accounting and auditing firm. She holds an inactive CPA license and she serves on the board of the National Restaurant Association and Alerus Financial Corporation.
 
New members Dan Hennen and David McElroy will be inducted into the Club at the meeting.
 
Rotary Club of Edina meets Thursdays at the Edina Country Club. All are welcome to attend. Cost for the meal and program is $18.
