Edina Rotary is looking for eight to ten volunteers to represent our club in the city of Edina's 4th of July parade! Volunteers will assemble with the other parade entrants around 9 a.m. July 4 on Normandale Boulevard behind the Community Center. The parade begins at 10 a.m. and will go for approximately two hours. Not only will our volunteers be distributing Rotary goodwill, but also pencils and suckers to the kids along the road. Two lucky volunteers have the honor of carrying the Rotary banner. We will be accompanied by a posse of superheroes running alongside the presidential vehicle, much like the secret service!
It’s a fun morning, so sign up and help represent our club as we celebrate our nation's independence!
