The Rotary Club of Edina will welcome Eric Curry as program speaker at the Thursday, June 14, meeting. Curry just completed his 18th season as a Division I college basketball official. He will speak about "Called for Traveling: The Life of a College Basketball Official." 
 

Eric Curry has recently completed his 18th season as a Division I college basketball official working three March Madness rounds in the NCAA tournament. Currently a member of the Big Ten, PAC-12, Mountain West and West Coast Conference staffs, his NCAA tournament selection was the 14th of his career, in addition to 15 conference championship game assignments.

Currently the Senior Vice President of Corporate Partnerships for Cambria, Curry previously spent ten years as Vice President Sales for the Minnesota Twins, responsible for developing and executing the naming and founding partner strategy for Target Field.  
 
He is on the executive board of Make A Wish Minnesota and Crescent Cove Harmon Killebrew House, a hospice home for children which recently opened in May of this year.  

His wife, Kelly, is the assistant head coach of the University of Minnesota Women’s Basketball team, and with their one-year old son Brekken Harmon, make their home in Wayzata.
