The Rotary Club of Edina will welcome Laura Kelly as program speaker at the Thursday, Aug. 24, meeting. Kelly is CEO and Managing Partner of Keyot, a regional consulting firm focused on creating relationships between workforce and client organizations where every consultant can be an “A” player.  She will speak about "Integrating Millennials into Corporate America."

Laura Kelly is a Managing Partner at Keyot LLC, a women-owned consulting firm dedicated to transforming corporate workforces by establishing deep relationships with key clients and consultants to find the perfect “fit” of consultant skills, experience and style to meet client requirements, culture and environment.
 
She has managed consulting teams for the past 25 years focused on ensuring exceptional client service and success project delivery.  Keyot’s Crew212 program focuses specifically on integrating Millennials into Corporate America.  In 2017, Crew212 interviewed over 2000 Millennial job seekers.  She will join us to share her insight from working with this generation for the past 8 years and how they prepare the Millennial professional to succeed in corporate America and how companies can prepare to attract, retain and manage this ever-growing segment of the workforce.
 
Kelly is passionate about coaching the next generation of leaders and enabling business through the use of technology and innovation. Prior to founding Keyot, Kelly held many roles during her 30+ years in Project Delivery and Change Management. She developed the Crew212 Program in conjunction with her partners to fill the gap left by the 10,000 Baby Boomers retiring every day. The program was named for the temperature at which water boils and shows the power of 15 of extra effort. She has more than 25 years experience in the creation of new business models, business architecture, process design and organizational change. She leads her award-winning organization’s operational and financial aspects. Her perspective comes from a career in project delivery, a strategic viewpoint, several fantastic mentors and a stalwart belief that a smart group of people can solve any problem put before them.
 
She is a passionate advocate of closing the gender gap in STEM careers and at the leadership level. She is laser focused on helping young women find their voice, show up in their careers and feel like they deserve a spot at the table. Kelly has been a member of WPO for 7 years, has served on the Board of the YWCA, Minneapolis, Advisory Committee, Dress for Success, Minneapolis, Executive Leadership Team, Go Red for Women, and Women Presidents Organization (WPO). Keyot was named a Fastest 50 Growing Company by WPO in 2015 and has been featured in the “Minnesota Business Journal” and “Empower Her” publications.
