Kelly Smeltzer has worked for the Minnesota Department of Health in the Indoor Air Unit for just over 10 years. Her responsibilities include public outreach and education on IAQ concerns, inspections related to two distinct air quality related laws, and coordination of the unit’s enforcement activities. She holds a B.A. in Biology from St. Olaf College and a M.P.H. in Environmental Health from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health.
